Tricky’s new single, ‘Running Wild’, featuring the vocals of London-based singer Mina Rose, was selected by Lauren Laverne as her Just Added track on BBC Radio 6 Music this morning. The track is the second single to emerge from the forthcoming album, ‘Ununiform’, out on 22nd September via Tricky’s own label False Idols.

Lauren Laverne today picked the new single by Johanna Amelie, entitled ‘Lion Babe’, as her Headphones Moment on BBC Radio 6 Music.
She described the track as “really beautiful… a really wonderful track from her” and noted Johanna as someone to look out for in the coming months.

Johanna Amelie was invited in to BBC Radio London today to perform her new single live on air for the Robert Elms Show. Robert also played new track ‘From Within’, before Johanna’s performance of ‘Lion Babe’.

‘New Day’, the new single from The Surfing Magazines, has been added to the 6 Music C List today. This is the band’s first playlist record, and the second single to emerge from the forthcoming self-titled debut album, due out via Moshi Moshi Records on 1st September.
