The Surfing Magazines were invited in to perform for BBC Radio 4’s Loose Ends programme, as hosted by Clive Anderson. The band performed ‘Goose Feather Bed’, a track from their debut self-titled album, released a little earlier in the year.
‘Mayday’, the new single from the forthcoming The Go! Team album entitled ‘SEMICIRCLE’, has been added straight to the BBC Radio 6 Music B List this week. The track was previously selected as Lauren Laverne’s Just Added track, and has seen support from her and Radcliffe and Maconie across the daytime shows. Tune in from Monday to hear the track on rotation.

Tricky was invited in to BBC 6 Music in Salford for a conversation with Radcliffe and Maconie yesterday. He talked about his new album ‘ununiform’, his new home in Berlin and the collaboration on the new record with Martina Topley-Bird. ‘New Stole’ is the current single from Tricky, and you can also hear that following the interview.

The debut solo single from Charles Watson, ‘No Fanfare’, was added to the BBC Radio 6 Music playlist. Charles is known for his work in Slow Club and most recently The Surfing Magazines, and this is his first step as a solo musician. The track will be on rotation from Monday…
PINS were invited back to BBC Radio 6 Music for a session with Marc Riley. They performed current single ‘Serve The Rich’, and B-side ‘LUV U 4 LYF’ and a new song ‘If I Was’, and recorded an extra track for Gideon, ‘The Heart Wants’. They talked about their live dates, which recently have included support slots for The Breeders and currently The Cribs as well as their headline shows.
